How much does your service cost?
When we have tested your agreement(s) and established that it does not comply with the consumer credit act (1974). We make an administration charge of £249.00; this will cover the administration cost of up to three credit agreements.

When these agreements have been successfully challenged and they have been judged to be unenforceable, we charge a success fee of £749.00; this also covers up to three credit agreements.

In the event that the application is not successful, all monies paid by you will be refunded.

Will I be able to get a new loan/credit card in the future?
Making a claim against your current lender, should in no way affect your ability to apply for alternative loans or credit cards with other lenders.

Will I be required to attend court?
In the majority of cases, attending court is not necessary. However, in the unlikely event that you are required to attend court, one of our solicitors will guide you through every step of the way.

I know you say no win, no fee... but do I have to pay anything if my case is unsuccessful?
If we take on your case and it turns out to be unsuccessful, any payments already made will be fully refunded and no further payments will be required. So yes, if there's no win, there's no fee.

How do I know that I am getting fully qualified advice?
